Since publication across Facebook groups and Discord servers, I have met with the current IP owners (Monolith) and given permission to proceed with publication of this English language version in order to fulfill a promise made by the original publishers. This is non-profit project where many original artists and employees provided guidance and assistance when available to bring this project to life for the community.
